At Kbeauty, we want you to glow with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Kbeauty account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Securely
Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring they are well-protected to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
